(1)设计资质：具备1）工程设计综合甲级资质；或者2）具备工程设计市政行业甲级资质；或者3）具备工程设计市政行业（排水工程）专业甲级资质；

（2）项目负责人要求：具有给排水专业或结构专业高级或以上工程师职称证书或注册公用设备工程师（给水排水）执业资格证书。

（3）广东省以外的投标人在广东建设信息网“进粤企业和人员诚信信息登记平台”录入相关信息并通过数据规范检查；

（4）投标人没有在“全国建筑市场监管公共服务平台”和“广东省建筑市场监管公共服务平台”被列入“不良行为”和“黑名单”；

（5）投标人近三年没有不良记录或被取消投标资格等行政处罚（企业自报，招标人保留查证权利）；
