本次采购的是东莞主题宣传服务，需要政媒互动共建移动端主流舆论阵地，在拥有7000多万用户的南方+客户端建设“东莞频道”并配备专人进行维护更新，依托该频道对全市重点活动进行权威报道、图文视频直播、创意内容传播、品牌活动策划等，展现东莞新时代新气象新作为，提升东莞城市形象。



一年，自2021年11月1日起至2022年10月31日结束



供应商须确保宣传的整体内容质量，积极策划优质网络主题宣传，灵活利用直播、视频、图文等鲜活形式，宣传东莞市委市政府中心工作以及重点活动，在项目完成的年底，需报送一次全面客观的宣传效果总结，包括推出的专题专栏、原创报道、阅读量等等。同时，积极发挥南方日报规划和管理信息流的核心优势，以内容原创、整合录入、抓取推送作为三大抓手，全面提升东莞区域在移动端的内容生产水平和抓取信息质量，帮助东莞党委政府提升舆论引导能力，打造一个更加即时、权威、全面、客观的信息发布渠道，壮大东莞在移动端的主流舆论阵地。
